Crops which the people in this region of the country didn’t think could even be grown are flourishing. There is a steady flow of people coming through the garden to look, sample, and ask for help and advice.
The family managing the Center knew almost nothing about gardening 2 years ago, and today they are considered by those who visit the garden to be the best vegetable growers in the region.
The foundation hopes to conduct a formal training program in 2008, and we seek participation and funding from like-minded individuals and groups.
